My husband and I lost our beloved Shih-Tzu a few years back and decided to get another one. Our daughter discovered Bitterroot Tzu and the rest is history. Our little girl, Joy came healthy and pre pampered. She’s been the best dog we have ever had, and the experience has was so fun and wonderful. Grace was absolutely excellent about answering any questions or concerns we had, and keeping us in the loop. Thank you so much for our amazing new little girl, Grace! We looked for a long time for someone who bred in an ethical manner, who did health testing, didn’t breed Imperial Shih-Tzus (they often have health issues due to their size) and someone who really knew and loved the breed. Grace does all of this and more. She truly loves her puppies and goes above and beyond the call of duty for them and her customers. We are proud to say we have purchased two puppies from her now and they are both the best dogs we have ever had. They are so beautiful, smart and well adjusted. Grace does a great job  turning puppies into what will be a well adjusted dog in the future.

Our experience with Bitterroot Tzu was excellent! We couldn‘t have asked for more. We found Grace early on and got placed on her waitlist. After the puppies were born, Grace sent us updates on the litter often. Once they were old enough, she told us more about their individual personalities and helped us choose the puppy that was the right fit for our family. She continued to send updates frequently until we took our puppy, Sasha, home when she was 10 weeks old. Sasha has been the absolute perfect addition to our family and the process was great.

We got our daughter’s dream puppy from Bitterroot Tzu. Ever since my daughter was little, she has wanted a Shihtzu. Finally we decided that she was old enough and began looking for a puppy. We found Grace through a recommendation from a family friend, as her and her husband had gotten the most adorable puppy from her and raved about the experience. We too couldn’t be more happy with our little boy, Alfred. He’s been such a sweet cuddly dog. He loves everyone he meets, and everyone he meets loves him back. Obviously our daughter is absolutely smitten and couldn’t be more crazy about her new little guy. Grace does a great job matching her puppies with their potential owners and raising her puppies into fantastic new members of their families. She also helped educate our daughter and arm her with the information necessary to properly care for her new puppy which set her up for success. We still call her whenever we have any questions or concerns. She isn’t just involved during the process, but indefinitely. Definitely planning on using her in the future if we are ever looking for a new puppy!
